Past Project
Displaced families in the Gaza Strip are facing increasing difficulties in accessing food, shelter and other basic services as the war ends.
The International Islamic Charitable Organization's food aid project aims to provide daily meals to displaced people in the Gaza Strip.
Number of beneficiaries: 2000 displaced persons per day
Hot and varied meals are distributed to each person, including vegetables, rice, and bread, in addition to meat and chicken.
Feeding people is one of the best righteous deeds and the most beloved to Allah Almighty. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The most beloved deeds to Allah are those that bring joy to a Muslim, or that relieve him of distress, or that drive away hunger from him, or that pay off his debt.” (Sahih al-Jami’)
