The International Islamic Charitable Organization launched an urgent relief campaign for Somalia, under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait. The President of the International Islamic Charitable Organization, Dr. Abdullah Al-Maatouq targeting the organization to a campaign worth one million dinars to help the people of Somalia, by opening the way for the public of the Islamic Charitable Organization to contribute to the donation through the branches of the Islamic Charitable Organization spread in Kuwait, and via online donation in Kuwait and abroad, as the visa service is available on the charity's website Mail
Zakat is permissible based on the fatwa of Dr. Ajeel Jassim Al-Nashmi.
