Relief and Support for Palestine: Maintenance of 10 water stations in Gaza

The people of Gaza depend on groundwater and desalination plants to obtain drinking water, yet more than a quarter of the prevalent diseases and about 12% of deaths of young children and infants; Because of the water pollution due to the blockade, and the dilapidated water networks, which transport water unfit for human use; This made the need for well maintenance and water desalination plants to be maintained, and to secure access to homes and children in schools.

Our project aims to maintain 10 wells and water desalination plants in Gaza; To contribute to providing healthy water for our brothers in Gaza on an ongoing basis and in accordance with the standards of the World Health Organization, and to meet the needs of the most needy groups of the people of the Strip and school students, and to contribute to solving the problems of water pollution and salinity, and reducing the diseases resulting from them.

Proceeding from the Prophet, peace be upon him, saying: “And God helps the servant as long as the servant is helping his brother,” and his saying: “There is no charity greater in reward than water.”
