Imam Ahmed and others narrated from Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas that he said: I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, my mother has passed away, should I give charity on her behalf?' He said: Yes. I said, 'Which charity is best?' He said: Watering. Al-Albani rated it as good. In Bangladesh, millions of people suffer from a water shortage crisis, as statistics indicate that only 58.5% of the population have access to safely managed water.
