For the sake of deeds and charity, building mosques because they are the reconstruction of the houses of Allah and their reward is great even after leaving.
Ibn Majah narrated and was corrected by al-Albaani from Abu Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: One of the things that a believer attaches to from his deeds and good deeds after his death is knowledge of his knowledge and publication, a righteous son he left behind, a Qur'an he inherited, a mosque he built, a house for Ibn al-Sabeel he built, a river he ran, or charity that he took out of his wealth in his health and life, which he will follow after his death.
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked: Two or three or more people who participated in building a mosque, is it permissible for each of them to pay the reward for building a mosque, or less than that?
He replied: Have you read if you quak? What did God say at the end of it?
Questioner: "Whoever does an atom weight for good will see it" [Al-Zalzalah: 7].
Shaykh: "Whoever does an atom weight for good will see it, and whoever does an atom weight for evil will see it" [Al-Zalzalah: 7-8] Everyone has a reward for what he has done, but he will have a second reward on the other hand, which is cooperation on righteousness, because if it were not for the meeting of these people, everyone would have brought a little, the construction would not have been done
