Charity of Hope: To care for cancer patients in northern Syria - Zakat is permissible

In northern Syria, nearly 5 million citizens, including refugees and displaced persons, depend on life-saving humanitarian aid.

They have been living in successive hardships and severe health and living crises for more than 12 years. Until the health sector was damaged, capabilities decreased, and it became difficult to provide treatment for cancer patients in northern Syria, who number 3,000 people, including women and children, and the number of deaths among those who were unable to receive treatment increased.
